HOW TO REACH ASCOLI

FROM  MILANO: by train five hours (to San Bendetto del Tronto - Ascoli Piceno). Remeber: on Sunday there is no train from San Bendetto del Tronto to Ascoli Piceno, so you have to take the "START"-bus (the blue one) to Ascoli Piceno www.startspa.it 

FROM ROME: by bus or by car, two and a half ours on the via Salaria or two ours on the highway. From the airport in Rome you have to take the train to the Central Train-Station "Stazione Termini". Outside the station turn right and go to the Via Castro Pretorio, 84 to take the "START"-bus to Ascoli Piceno. There are two START-busses to Ascoli Piceno departing quite at the same time, be sure to get the one that arrives at the town-centre of Ascoli Piceno (Tribunale). www.startspa.it
